Warranty Returns

If you’re not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days, without any additional costs and without needing to provide a reason. This also applies to discounted items or returns of kits and savings packs.

Conditions for Returns:

 

To be accepted, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including its original packaging.

 

Certain items are exempt from being returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. There are also situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed (if applicable):

                Items showing obvious signs of use.

                Products that have been opened.

                Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.

                Any product returned more than 14 days after shipment.

 


How to Return an Item:

 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original packaging (or similar) within 14 days of receiving them. Please notify us by ticking the box for returns in the “Order History and Details” in “My Account,” or in writing via the following withdrawal form or by sending an email to devolucion@repuestospro.es, including the necessary details to locate your order (Order reference or number, full name, and purchase date). Upon receiving your return request, we will confirm your return in “Order History and Details” or notify you via email about the receipt of your request.

 

In accordance with Article 74 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the obligations to return the goods once the right of withdrawal is exercised require you to return the products in their original packaging, with all accessories and instruction manuals received. If the product is not returned in its original packaging with all accessories and in perfect condition, the item will depreciate in value.

 

To comply with the return deadline, the communication about the return must be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

 


Refund and Reimbursement Time:

 

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the amount of the returned item(s), including shipping costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned purchase. We do not refund the cost incurred from choosing a delivery service other than the standard option. Our Accounting Department will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you specify another procedure. RepuestosPro SL may withhold the amount to be refunded until the goods are received or until you provide proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.

 


Return Shipping Costs:

 

If the return is due to reasons attributable to RepuestosPro SL (defective or incorrect products), RepuestosPro SL will take care of picking up the products and/or replacing them with the correct ones, covering the associated costs.

 

If the return is due to reasons not attributable to RepuestosPro SL, such as changes in color or other characteristics, or a change of mind or mistake made by the customer when making the purchase, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs or directly delivering the products to us in perfect condition, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the products.

 


Return Shipping Method:

 

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us by your chosen method, without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You will bear the risk of loss or damage to the package during shipment. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the deadline ends.

 

You may also choose to use our product pickup service, in which case, you are exempt from the risk of loss or damage during shipment. If you choose our pickup service, you will be responsible for the direct return shipping cost of the goods in case of withdrawal, which is set at 6 Euros plus VAT. You can check our shipping rates in the “Order Delivery” section.

 

The return will be free of charge if it is due to reasons attributable to RepuestosPro SL (see the previous clause). We will designate the same logistics service used for delivery to pick up the merchandise.

 


Return Conditions of the Goods:

 

We can only fully refund the purchase price if the returned items come with the original label and have not been used. In the case of obvious signs of use (stains, odors, scratches, alterations, etc.) on non-defective merchandise, we will consider the items unsellable and no refund will be issued. In this case, the merchandise will be returned to the customer, if they wish, with the shipping costs incurred at their expense.
